Flexibility helps with prevention of injuries, if you have good flexibility you will have less injuries. Injuries occur often in netball, especially knee and ankle injuries so stretching before and after a game helps prevent any injuries that may occur. Flexibility also helps with running which is useful in all of the sports I play which are netball, basketball and tennis.
