Ways to improve your fitness...
Speed improvment
1) To improve your fitness in speed you could go for a run to get your fitness up and if you are a fit enough runner you will notice you get faster at sprints.
2) You could practice running up hill or in the sand to get your legs stronger and try to go as quick as you can up hill or in the sand.

Muscular strength improvment
1) To imrove you muscular strength you could try lifting some wieghts, even small dumbells will help.
2) You could to push ups to improve your muscle endurance.
3) It is not really an exercise that you do but something you can do to help out with your dailoy wieght exercises. You should change you diet to fit the dietary needs for strong muscles, like lots of protein in your diet.

Flexibility improvment
1) The obvious way to improve flexibility is to stretch. Some easy stretches are: touch your toes, both feet or one at a time, also you can touch your toes standing up or another one is pulling your arm across which is stretching your shoulder muscles.
